Sure not all are new to most of us, but be sure to read the explanations too. And next time you communicate you maybe think of some “side-effects” of your own communication.

Oh ja, das Kommunikationsmodell. Das Buch “Miteinander reden” (ISBN 3499174898) von Schulz von Thun sollte man tatsächlich mal gelesen haben – es öffnet einem wirklich die Augen. Wer hat sich nicht schon gelegentlich gefragt, warum der Gegenüber so “seltsam” reagiert… Das Kommunikationsmodell von Schulz von Thun (“jeder hat 4 Ohren und auch vier Münder”) erklärt so manchen Kommunikationsdefekt.
Übrigens taucht in diesem Buch der Begriff “Metakommunikation”, d.h. die Kommunikation über die Kommunikation, auf – das sollte uns Modellierungs-Verfechtern bekannt vorkommen
